About Me
Hi, I’m Chris Cowdery-Corvan.
I’m presently a fifth year Software Engineering student at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I have an application domain in Geospatial Information Systems and research projects focusing in Computer Vision. I’m also very ecstatic about HCI and cleverly-designed things.
In addition, I’m the President Society of Software Engineers and a Co-Editor of Timeline (RIT’s Yearbook).
I presently live in Rochester, NY and I work as a Student Software Engineer at RIT’s Laboratory for Environmental Computing and Decision Making. I’ve also accepted a full-time engineering offer at Apple on the iWork/Productivity Apps team, and I’ll begin there in June.
I also have a lovely girlfriend, Megan whom I’ve been with for over 4 years.
In my spare time I like to take pictures, go hiking & skiing, be social, work on all sorts of projects, cook, read and occasionally play the piano.
